April 2025: Sri Ram Navami Festivities at Tirumala Temple

 

The Tirumala Temple is set to host grand celebrations to mark Sri Ram Navami, with an array of sacred rituals and processions to honor Lord Rama.

April 06: Sri Ram Navami

Snapana Tirumanjanam:

Time: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Venue: Ranganayakula Mandapam

Details: A sacred bathing ritual will be performed for the Utsava deities of Sri Rama, Sri Sita Devi, and Sri Lakshmana Swamy.

Hanumantha Vahana Seva:

Time: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Details: A grand procession featuring Lord Hanuman as the divine vehicle will take place.

Sri Ramanavami Asthanam:

Time: 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Venue: Bangaru Vakili

Details: The festivities culminate with the grand Asthanam ceremony, a royal court assembly to honor Lord Rama.

April 07: Sri Rama Pattabhisheka Asthanam

Time: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Details: This ceremonial event symbolizes the coronation of Lord Rama, celebrating his reign as the ideal king.
